Established in 1983, The Olivetree Review is Hunter College’s student-run undergraduate art and literary journal. OTR is published every semester and features art and writing from Hunter undergraduate students. The magazine is distributed for free among the Hunter community.

We have over one thousand issues circulating at Hunter College every semester. Our back issues are now available to view online at http://issuu.com/olivetreereview. OTR is funded by Hunter College's Student Activity fees and is run entirely by Hunter College undergraduates.

OTR seeks to expand the creative community at Hunter beyond the walls of Thomas Hunter. All Hunter undergrads are welcome to submit and also to become an editor in any of our four departments: Art, Poetry, Drama, and Prose. No experience is necessary. We have anywhere between 10-20 editors per section every semester. For more information, see the meet the staff page or the contact page.
